Delivery
Ordering program:
Monday – Saturday : 10:00 – 17:00 (within the timeframe you select when placing your order)
We can deliver according to the above schedule.
Deliveries can be booked according to the hours/days available at the time of order registration.
Deliveries are made with special refrigerated transport machines, which are authorized by the authorized control institutions.
Delivery costs 10 lei for zone A (up to 10 km from our delivery point in Oradea, 14 Meziadului Street); 50 lei for zone B (up to 25 km from our delivery point in Oradea, 14 Meziadului Street). For orders under 50 lei, we invite you to place your order with pick-up in any of SCALA Confectionery stores.
SCALA Confectionery’s delivery person will make one delivery attempt within the selected time slot. If you are not found at the address indicated or do not answer 2 phone calls and 1 sms, the delivery will be made to the SCALA COFETARIA on str. Meziadului, nr.14, Oradea, which we then invite you to pick up personally from our location. This will be announced by a text message. In the above situation, the transport fee, if any, will NOT be reimbursed, as the amount covers the driver’s initial travel.
Your order will be kept in our shop strictly within the validity period of the products. In case you do not show up to pick up the products, the order will be cancelled and its value will NOT be refunded.
If you have selected delivery at a time when our transport capacities are already fully booked, you will be contacted by a SCALA Confectionery operator for rescheduling at another time slot, the closest available.
If you do not agree with the rescheduling, the order will be cancelled and the money will be returned in full to your account within 5 working days.
In the case of days/periods with a very large number of orders, as well as those in which traffic or weather conditions hinder the delivery process, SCALA COFETARIA reserves the right to extend delivery times. For such delays that are beyond the company’s control or capabilities, the company cannot be held responsible.
Personal pick-up of products ordered online is free of charge, regardless of the amount of the order. No processing fee is charged in this case.
Your signature in the legal documents accompanying your order represents your acceptance. and order compliance. Please check the conformity of the order before signing. Subsequent complaints cannot be considered.
Returning products
According to the legislation in force, purchased food products can NOT be returned or replaced.
