Definitions:
“Cakeshop COFETARIA SCALA”: the place where COFETARIA SCALA products are sold, fixed locations including island-type retail spaces located in shopping centres.
“SCALA CONFECTIONERY products”: means haute couture cakes and pastries, tarts, eclairs, choux pastries, seasonal products, produced in our own laboratory.
The website www.cofetariascalaoradea.ro is the property of SCALA DANIA SRL and the entire content of the website is protected by the Copyright Protection Act.

COFETARIA SCALA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice, so please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to this Agreement will mean that you accept those changes.

Products in the online shop are sold subject to availability. No compensation can be claimed if the order cannot be honoured for justified reasons (e.g.: lack of product in stock, possible display errors, etc.). In these cases, SCALA OFFICE will notify the customer about the problems as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded in full within 5 working days.
The shelf life of confectionery products from COFETARIA SCALA is 48 hours.
COFETARIA SCALA products are prepared respecting all the hygienic and sanitary conditions required by law.
COFETARIA SCALA products may contain ingredients or traces of ingredients with allergenic effect: gluten, eggs and derivatives, milk and derivatives, peanuts and derivatives, nuts, cereals containing wheat and derivatives. Due to the production process, we cannot exclude the presence of allergens in any of our products.
Order placement and acceptance
Orders are placed exclusively through the online-shop. You can select two ways to receive your order, either by delivery or by picking it up in one of the COFETARIA SCALA cakeshops.
By placing the order, the customer automatically accepts the provisions of these terms and conditions.
Methods of payment
Payment is made exclusively online by bank card, whether you opt for the delivery option or choose to pick up your order from our cakeshops. The payment platform is mobilpay.ro
Order processing
The minimum order processing time is 24 hours.
Delivery and reception of products
Deliveries are made with special refrigerated transport machines, which are authorized by the authorized control institutions.
Delivery costs 10 lei for zone A (up to 10 km from our delivery point in Oradea, 14 Meziadului Street); 50 lei for zone B (up to 25 km from our delivery point in Oradea, 14 Meziadului Street) and free of charge if the value of your order exceeds 300 lei. For orders under 50 lei, we invite you to place your order with pick-up in any of the SCALA COFETARIA cakeshops.
Deliveries are made daily, between 10:00 – 17:00, within the interval that you want. select it when placing your order. SCALA Confectionery’s delivery person will make one delivery attempt within the selected time slot. If you are not found at the address indicated or do not answer 2 phone calls and 1 sms, the delivery will be made to the SCALA COFETARIA on str. Meziadului, nr.14, Oradea, which we then invite you to pick up personally from our location. This will be announced by a text message. In the above situation, the transport fee, if any, will NOT be reimbursed, as the amount covers the driver’s initial travel.
Your order will be kept in our shop strictly within the validity period of the products. In case you do not show up to pick up the products, the order will be cancelled and its value will NOT be refunded.
If you have selected delivery at a time when our transport capacities are already fully booked, you will be contacted by a SCALA Confectionery operator for rescheduling at another time slot, the closest available.
If you do not agree with the rescheduling, the order will be cancelled and the money will be returned in full to your account within 5 working days.
In the case of days/periods with a very large number of orders, as well as those in which traffic or weather conditions hinder the delivery process, SCALA COFETARIA reserves the right to extend delivery times. For such delays that are beyond the company’s control or capabilities, the company cannot be held responsible.
Personal pick-up of products ordered online is free of charge, regardless of the amount of the order. No processing fee is charged in this case.
Your signature in the legal documents accompanying your order represents your acceptance. and order compliance. Please check the conformity of the order before signing. Subsequent complaints cannot be considered.
Returning products
According to the legislation in force, purchased food products can NOT be returned or replaced.
